Let’s just face it, golf is an expensive game. Clubs don’t come cheap and it is so easy to lose your golf ball. It drops into a water hazard or go out of bounds into someone’s property. There is also the possibility that you stay within bounds but cannot find your ball at all. (Hey, we believe you when you said the squirrel ran off with it.)
Besides the equipment there is the high cost of using a golf course. Some private courses require expensive membership. Public golf course isn’t cheap either. That is why people like to play during the sunset hours when golf course charge cheaper rates, get coupons for discounts or go for package deal.
Still too costly? Well, I came across this video which shows how the creativity of these two guys let them play golf and still keep their money. However, I personally won’t recommend it. Just watch it and have a good laugh … it might inspire you to find other ways to swing your clubs and still have fun. Just try and not to do something too crazy that would cause you to hurt yourself.
